When I saw Margaritaville DM1000 item for sale I just had to buy one for my husband as a college graduation gift. Margaritas are his favorite drink and he just couldn’t duplicate that restaurant quality consistancy with a blender. This Margaritaville DM1000 actually shaves the ice instead of chopping it like a blender would do. This creates that nice smooth consistancy of the drink instead of a lumpy texture.

Margaritaville DM1000 very easy to operate. All you do is fill the ice chamber with ice, pour the correct amout of your drink mixture into the pitcher (it will make 1-3 servings at a time), set the machine to how many servings you would like, then turn it on. The machine automatically measure, shaves and blend the perfect amount of ice according to the amount of servings. No more watery drinks.

When my kids have friends over for pool parties they love me to make them alcohol free strawberry daiquiris or pina coladas or fruit smoothies. One nice feature about this machine is that as the ice in the ice chamber melts, the water is channeled into a collection reservoir, that is easily removeable to dump out. The water never mixes with the drink mix.

Clean-up is simple. Whatever ice remains in the ice chamber can be left to melt and drain into the reservoir then discard it or you can have the machine shave the remaining ice into the pitcher. We put our pitcher and pitcher parts into the dishwasher for a good cleaning.

This thing ROCKS! First batch was PERFECT right out of the box. Just follow the simple directions and you cannot go wrong. I have been making “blender” margaritas for a long time and this machine just takes all the guess work out. Perfect drinks time after time. (No matter how many YOU have had.) This thing should get 6 stars.

If you are a frozen drink lover, like my husband and I are you have to own one of these. It’s pricey but worth it! I also, highly recommend the canvas carrying case that can be purchased separately. It’s very nicely made.

Recently, I visited a relative of mine at her home, as she had invited me over for dinner. As I arrived there early, I caught her in the middle of preparing her meal. It was plain to see that she really knew what she was doing in the kitchen, as she used her small appliances to cut down her preparation time of the meal that she was intending on serving.

One thing I did notice was a new pot she had. She said it was part of an anodized cookware set. I had never heard of such a thing. It has a nonstick surface and looked like a professional cookware set.

I learned that it was developed through a process that hardened the aluminum. This process turn it so hard that it was even stronger than stainless steel. It had a nonstick surface can’t chip or peel easily, no matter how hot the temperatures the food was cooked in.

In other words, no matter what you’re cooking, it won’t stick to the surface. At the same time, cleaning is a breeze without worrying about damaging the surfaces because they are resistant to scrubs and any rough materials.

This woman has to be one of the most organized people I’ve ever met in my life. Once she had finished with the meal preparation, she cleaned up her kitchen in a matter of minutes. All the items and gadgets that she had used were either stored away or placed into the dishwasher. It was as if there was no one had just prepared an entire meal.

Her counter tops were sparkling clean in moments. Then she quickly turned to her floors with her Dyson upright vacuum cleaner. All the crumbs and other food items that had fallen were quickly vacuumed up without her even lifting up this vacuum cleaner once. Instead, she just maneuvered around all the obstacles, chairs and table without batting an eye.

We move to the porch for a glass of wine while we waited for the dinner to be cooked. As it was chilly, she plugged in her portable space heater, and within minutes we were cozy and comfy. This is definitely a great item to have in your home. It is cheap to use, it’s cheap to buy, and it’s a better solution for the environment.

It doesn’t matter if you just want to do something nice, or if you really want to give your special someone a gift, practically nothing is better than showing you care by giving the gift of a professional maid cleaning service. There’s no way around it, life can be rather hectic. From full-time jobs, to parenthood, to maintaining a life outside of obligations, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed. So treat the special lady in your life with an immaculately clean home.

What to Keep an Eye Out For

Before you choose a reputable maid cleaning service company, there are one or two things that you should research. You generally don’t want to invite a stranger into your home, so feel free to ask the maid company as to whether all of their employees get background checks or not. You definitely don’t need to be worrying about the safety of your home and belongings when using a maid service, so the interviewing process, years of experience, and training quality for the maids is important.

Kinds of Services Available

Before you hire a professional maid service cleaning company, ask what types of services are provided. Communicate the cleaning services you would like performed to please the woman in your life, and ask for recommendations as well. Don’t forget, they are experts. They should be listening to each of your needs and desires, as well as providing professional input. It is your money, after all. You should get everything you expect at a minimum, and preferably even more. Some of the common maid services are as follows:

• Sweeping and mopping the floors
• Having the carpets vaccumed
• Handling all matters of the dishwasher
• Wiping off the countertops
• Cleaning out any sinks, tubs, toilets, and showers in the house
• Changing the bed sheets
• Making beds
• Cleaning the baseboards
• Dusting furniture
• Taking the trash to the dumpster
• Putting away the laundry
• Cleaning off windows and mirrors
• And so much more

Costs and Prices of Service

The price of maid services should not obliterate your funds, so you should be aware of how much you can actually spend. Typically, maid services range between and 0, depending on the size of the house and the amount of cleaning involved. Remember that it’s important for you to make sure that any maid company you consider guarantees its service so that you can later make sure that you are satisfied.

Whether you just want to do something nice for your sweetheart or you’re actually celebrating a special day (Valentine’s Day, a birthday, or whatever), a professional maid cleaning service is a great gift. Who knows? The house might be so completely sparkling clean that you both might want to just have your date at home!

So, be sure to consider tracking down a good, high quality, professional maid service to gift to your loved one!

Mothers sometimes bear the brunt of the family and household chores and responsibilities. From comforting their children when a knee gets scraped to helping with homework while dinner is cooking to driving kids from soccer practice to dance recitals. Moms have so much responsibility that sometimes the housecleaning has to go by the wayside to make room for all of the other tasks at hand. One of these “throw-away” responsibilities can be housecleaning. Though keeping a clean house can seem like an insurmountable obstacle for a mom dealing with the aforementioned tasks in addition to possibly working a full-time job, housecleaning can be made easier with a few simple adjustments to the daily routine.

1.    Have the kids help no matter what their age.

a.    Toddlers can help by cleaning up their toys and books. In this age range, this is about the extent of help they can offer. Have a chest or basket set up in their room or in the living room (wherever you prefer) so they can clean up their toys before bath time and leave you with a tidy home after they go down for the night.
b.    Younger elementary-aged children can help set and clear the table off for dinner, bring their laundry basket to the laundry room, and can help empty the trash bins around the house into a larger trash bag. Have them help with dusting and install an air purifier such as an Aprilaire humidifier to cut down on dust in between cleanings. Of course, cleaning their own room should always be their responsibility…not Mom’s! Though they may need gentle reminding and supervision at first, they will quickly embrace their new role as “house helper” in no time at all.
c.    Older elementary-aged children can take on additional responsibilities such as rinsing the dishes off in the sink and loading the dishwasher as well as emptying the dishwasher and putting dishes in their rightful place. At around age 12, sorting laundry and washing, drying, folding, and putting away are all age-appropriate tasks for children. Taking the large trash bins down to the curb on trash day is something else they can help with.
d.    High-school kids are old enough to take on weed-pulling and grass-cutting duties. They are also able to do a great job with car washing. An ideal inside task could be vacuuming the hard floors and carpeted areas because they are old enough to do it thoroughly. To help keep the house clean in between vacuuming, install a dust-removing Aprilaire humidifier and air purifying system to remove the dust, pet dander, mold, mildew, and other irritants from the home. Everything will stay cleaner for longer!

2.    Buy pre-cut and pre-cooked foods to cut down on preparation and clean-up time.

Though fast food may seem like the only option during a hectic week, buying pre-cut veggies and pre-cooked meat can help any busy mom throw together a healthy salad or quick meal with little clean up afterwards. This can save valuable time (and sanity) so relaxation time doesn’t get overlooked!
Taking the time to plan out tasks for the kids and assigning duties can help save time and relieve Mom from the full brunt of the household chores and responsibilities. By following these few steps, Mom can have a clean home and some time to spare for resting up for the next busy day to come!

water damage can happen in the kitchen easily.  There are many reasons for this.  There are many simple things you can do to ensure you don’t have water damage to occur in your kitchen area.

The kitchen is a place where water is used in many ways.  Water is run through the lines of a refrigerator to for ice makers.  Water lines are run through the dishwasher and at the kitchen sink.  The kitchen is a common place that water damage in Piscataway occurs and you can pay attention to certain things to prevent it.

The appliances in the kitchen like the dishwasher and the refrigerator are common appliances that can leak.  A refrigerator can leak if the power goes out and everything in the freezer, including the ice, begins to melt.  Things can melt also if your freezer is not cold enough.  You should always pay close attention to the refrigerator and underneath it.  You should also pay close attention to the dishwasher.  The water lines are behind the dishwasher so it can be hard to get behind it but you can look in the cupboards to see if any of the wood looks to be wet.  Water leaks from dishwashers are common.  Dishwashers can also cause water damage in Piscataway from leaking at the main door too.  Always be sure the door is tightly secured and closed properly.

Kitchen water damage in Piscataway is common when there are leaks underneath the kitchen sink too.  You want to be sure all of your pipes are dry and there is no water leaking anywhere.  Mold can grow under the sink easily and this could be bad for your health.  In addition, if a water leak is too bad under the sink it could force you to replace the cabinetry surrounding the sink.

There are many ways that a kitchen can be susceptible to water damage in Piscataway.  You can pay close attention to certain things so you don’t have severe damage to the floors and the cabinetry.
